Can your new employees read a pesticide label?

You check your new employees for criminal and driver records and other potential problems. Shouldn't you also check them for the ability to read and understand pesticide labeling? The UF/IFAS Entomology and Nematology Department has a number of tutorials that will allow you to do this. And each label tutorial includes several questions that tests the the simple math necessary to generate a legal spray mix.

There is no need to access the WWW for the training, as the tutorials may be installed on any Windows-based system in your office.
