After we receive the camp forms and payment, the University of Florida will now require families to register their camper through an online system, https://florida.4honline.com. Once the payment for the camp is received, the camper name will be activated. Once activated, families will need to complete some online information for University of Florida Youth Conference Services compliance.
To register for camp, please complete these forms and mail or drop them off with a check made out to the University of Florida. The address is below.
- Registration form
- Emergency Contact/ Medical form
- Camp Contract

(Note: There is a notary in the Entomology Department, so if you need to sign the paperwork when you bring it to the department, please let Mrs. Burnett know when you contact her.)
You will receive a confirmation email when your packet is approved. The email will contain instructions on how to complete your camp registration online through 4-H Online. Since we are a camp, you will indicate as a "State Office" instead as part of a county program.
